Shipping Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed the same day if placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Domestic shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

At this stage, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery delays

While we do our best to get your order out quickly, delivery timeframes are ultimately controlled by the carrier. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Missing parcels

If your parcel appears to be missing, please contact Australia Post first. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we have access to the same tracking information that you do.

Australia Post may be able to provide additional information and assist in locating your parcel. If you have already contacted them and your parcel still has not been located, please get in touch with us at hello@forgedliftwear.com.auand we will do our best to assist further.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your full name and order number.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase.
